- PreK Lead Teachers are bachelor degreed, certified teachers
- Most Lead Teachers are CDA Certified, AA or BA or MA degreed, or 10+ years experience
- Many staff are bilingual
- All staff is trained in First Aid and CPR (Infant/Toddler and Adult)
- All staff must pass a criminal history background check
- All staff is fingerprinted by the FBI
- All staff must complete 15 hours of training and development annually
