Enrollment FormsChildren are enrolled without regard for race, color, religious belief, national origin, or gender, and will not be excluded from participation, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination during any program or activity. As a general rule, when a space becomes available in a specific age grouping, the first child on the waiting list of the appropriate age will be enrolled. However, Rocking Horse Academy administration reserves the right to assign the available spaces, to give special consideration to extenuating circumstances (i.e. current student, siblings, full vs. part time). Rocking Horse Academy is a full time, twelve-month program. Placements in our classes cannot be held for children who withdraw for the summer months. School Age Children

| Simplify your life with free automatic childcare payments. This payment option allows Rocking Horse Academy to electronically draft your checking or savings account on the designated due date. Simply fill out the authorization form and return with a voided check. We’ll do the rest. No need to worry about checks or late fees anymore! |
| Counter Payment |
| Stop by and meet our friendly front office staff. Rocking Horse Academy accepts counter payments in the form of personal check, money order, and cash. A payment drop box is conveniently located at the front desk. Receipts are written for each payment and available for pick-up that same day (cash receipts are done at the time of payment). |
*Rocking Horse Academy does not accept credit card or debit card payments. ALL click to pay and counter payments must be made according to payment policy to avoid late fees.
